Just upgraded to an AMD64 (after a catastrophic failure) and tried to reinstall from the deb file. It won´t accept it because it´s built for i386.  Sad

So... Is there a 64 bit build? Can I get one? Even better, is there a beta of 4.0 for 64 bit architecture?  Grin

Anja: I emailed you about this, just so you know. Not to be a pain or anything, but I kinda need to get back to work here.

Thanks!

Hello.

Here you have an x86_64 experimental package: Forum » Development » Experimental 64bit packages. So I installed it and I had some problems to open old draws; at end I downgraded it to 3.90-4-i386.
What I can say is I run the i386 release on AMD 5200+ (OpenSUSE 11.2-x86_64, KDE 4.3.5 "release 0", Linux 2.6.31.12-0.2-default x86_64) and it works super.

You must over-ride the default sniveling and simply install the main build then?

I´ll give that a try and see what happens. Smiley
