Have just downloaded and installed CYCAS 3.9 Public, but receive following error message when attempting to start the program:
... failed to initialize ... 0xc000005

Am running on Vista Home Premium version 6.0 (build 6001:service pack 1) physical memory available to Windows 2 881 220 KB

what now?
