Hi there,

those packages are created under openSUSE 10.3 and roughly tested under Ubuntu 8.04 as well. We currently know nothing about the behavior under all the other distros.

The 64bit versions are demanded from many users, so we have to start distributing somehow :-)

Any feedback is very welcome!

Best,
Wolfgang

Hi all,

I have downloaded and installed this on ubuntu 8.10 (x64) and (so far) it is working beautifully. Thanks a lot, Wolfgang!

Best wishes,
Achim

I have access to newer (45nm) Phenom and Opteron systems running gentoo. I´d be happy to test the code there if I could install it. If it would be helpful I could also give you an account on the development server to check things out for yourself.

Hallo again.

The problem I found with x86_64 was importing *.3ds files. It´s always impossible (under Athlon 64 x2 and Core duo), so you uninstall it and install the Cycas 32bit release again and all works fine.
