nice work, gerard. your renderings are unique - you have found your own style.

my favourites: RENDU_HOTEL_ARIS_ae - looks good with the background. and RENDU 3D_DUPLEX_KAMDEM2 nice composition and colours.

you have some strange plants over there in cameroon!

ok guiliano, the problem was: the x and y coordinates of your model were very large (very far from the origin) in fact x = 1526098m and y = 5022732m.

for some reason this causes calculation errors in the software (maybe rounding errors or something). problem solved by moving the whole model close to the origin. now it renders fine!

when i export the model with the large coordinates to blender, you can see that the vertices are badly aligned (picture 1). then exporting to blender after shifting the model you can see the verts are aligned!

gerard, to use attach wall:

click the attach wall button

then select three points on the lower face of the roof > enter

then select some walls > OK

the walls have been attached (projected up) to the roof!

gerard, you can change cameras by using the camera select button. even if a camera is on a layer which is not visible, it can still be the active camera

but then i have to agree that they have been very quiet for a long time...

yes, agreed, the attach wall function is great!

serviteur, when you select objects for editing, you can use the filter. for example:

one blue, one red, one black rectangle
i want to move only the blue one
edit > move then click the ? next to filter
in the filter dialog, choose Filter by Pen (pic 1)
choose the blue pen colour (pic 2)
then click the Filter button (pic 3)
when you Range-Select all the rectangles, only the blue one is selected
pretty useful!

also, as luca says, you cannot change colour or anything of the doors/windows. but you can just make a blank opening then insert a door/window symbol you have made
